Equipment Setup & Service Technician (Fun + Hands-On!)

What You’ll Do
- Get brand-new equipment ready for customers — assemble it, test it, and make sure it’s looking sharp.
- Complete pre-delivery inspections so everything works exactly the way it should.
- Use shop tools, vehicles, and equipment to set up and deliver machinery.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized (clean shop = happy shop).
- Follow safety rules — because working smart is part of the job.
- Fill out simple paperwork so we know what you worked on.
- Keep learning by participating in service training programs.
What You Need To Bring
- Ability to operate equipment, tools, and vehicles used in setup and delivery.
- Basic understanding of engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and how machines go together.
- Can follow assembly instructions and manufacturer setup steps.
- Comfortable using a computer (John Deere systems experience is a bonus).
- Able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly — this is a hands-on job!
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Forklift license preferred (or willingness to get one).
