By having four caster wheels per deck, the FM4012 Mower follows ground contours with ease. Tubular caster wheel arms are bolted to rail supports for added durability.

In option, each deck on the FM4012 can received up to three anti-scalping rollers specific for highly uneven terrain.

6-year gearbox warranty

Each of the FM4012 gearboxes include a 6-year warranty.

Wing deck lift cylinder

The FM4012 has hydraulic lifts for the wing and rear decks to automatically lock them in the up position for transport. The lift and lower for the wings and deck are operated together through the same hydraulic supply with single acting cylinder, requiring only 1 tractor rear SCV.

Optional hydraulic release

To unfold the wings and rear deck from transport position to working position, the FM4012 has a standard rope-pull latch release. An optional hydraulic-wings latch release kit allows the operator to release the decks from transport lock position using a 2^nd rear SCV.

FM4012 Sheaves & spindle

For longer belt life, FM4012 comes with cast iron blade sheaves, and also includes ductile iron spindles that have a 1-year warranty and are lubed for life.

The FM4012 has a transport width of 2.31 m (7.58 ft), height of 1.82m (5.96 ft) and length of 3.43m (11.25 ft) to fit in standard size garage.

Mower blades

High blade-tip speed and precise blade overlap work together to ensure exceptional, performance, and cut quality. With a speed of 91.44 m/s (18,000 fpm) blade tip speeds, the cut quality stays intact at mowing speeds up to 8 km/h (5 mph).

Easy shield removal

The shields, protecting the drive belt, are easy to remove without the need of a tool. This ensures easy access to the sheaves, belt, and spring-loaded idler.
